Privacy notice
Who we are
Crewknow is responsible for the personal data described here. [TODO: legal entity name and registered address]
What we collect
When you request a pilot, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, firm, role, team size, country or city, the AI assistants your team uses, whether your IT allows MCP servers or custom connectors, and, if you add it, one line on the problem you want to solve.
Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical request data, such as your IP address, to deliver pages. The form also uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions; it isn’t included in the email we receive.
Why we use it
We use your form details only to reply to you about a pilot.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel hosts this website and runs the form.
- Resend delivers your form submission to us by email.
How long we keep it
We keep your form details until our conversation about a pilot ends, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the details you sent us, reply to any email we send you about your pilot request and tell us what you’d like. We’ll act on it and confirm.
